Two Paths. One Purpose.

For years, I measured my worth by what I could produce or provide for others.
Then came the lightning bolt moment:

The things I’d been seeking were never out there.

It was me.

This work, this space, is part instruction manual, part field guide, and part love letter to the whole self you haven’t written yet.

You’ll find two paths here, both designed to help you master the most essential skills of modern leadership and life, while fighting burnout and finding balance and joy.

The Art of Heart

The Daily Practice of Returning to Yourself For a long time, I thought my worth lived in what I could produce or provide for others, the next deal, the next milestone, the next “win.” But joy isn’t earned through output. It’s discovered through awareness. The Art of Heart is about that discovery. It’s where we learn to see our lives not as highlight reels or failures, but as maps, full of waypoints that show us who we’ve been and where we’re meant to go next. We map the good, the hard, and the aha moments, not to label them, but to learn from them. Each mark on the map helps us remember who we are beneath the noise, and what makes our heart come alive. This is the practice of returning to self, of finding joy again, connecting more deeply with others on their own journey, and realizing you are so much more than what you can produce or provide. Here, emotional intelligence becomes a language for living. When you practice The Art of Heart, you begin to live with more intention, connection, and joy, the kind that doesn’t depend on achievement but grows from presence. Because this isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you’ve been all along.

Explore how The Art of Heart helps you reconnect, rediscover joy, and return to yourself.

Lead with Heart

The Human Operating System for High-Performance Cultures There’s a leak in the floor. Every day, profits, creativity, and potential quietly drain through it, not because people don’t care or can’t keep up, but because they’re burned out, misaligned, and running on empty. Lead with Heart was built to fix that leak. It’s a system that makes the invisible visible, translating emotion, energy, and engagement into language and action leaders can actually measure. Because burnout isn’t just a people problem; it’s a profit problem. The tools in Lead with Heart, like the H.E.A.R.T. Check and the Red-Flag Protocol, help organizations notice the signs sooner, respond faster, and build cultures where people perform at their best without losing themselves in the process. When you operationalize emotional intelligence, you strengthen the exact capabilities that drive both human sustainability and business growth: Strategic Adaptability: adjusting priorities, focus, and energy in real time so pressure doesn’t turn into panic. Discernment: knowing what truly matters, what can wait, and where your resources leak through the cracks. Influential Communication: building a shared language that turns confusion into clarity and reduces friction across teams. Self-Regulation: creating space between reaction and response so decisions are grounded, not impulsive. Resilience: designing rhythms that protect your people and your profits from burnout before it breaks them. When these skills become daily practice, performance stops being reactive and starts being rhythmic. Teams move faster. Leaders decide smarter. People stay longer. Because at the end of the day, people aren’t just part of the business, people are the business. And when they thrive, everything else does too.

Explore how Lead with Heart helps organizations close the burnout gap and turn emotional intelligence into measurable performance.

RETURN TO SELF.
LEAD WITH HEART.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to listen to your heart.

“Amazing, will keep you up thinking.
First off, you must listen to the trailer and Marissa’s story and journey to this podcast. It will leave you feeling inspired but also thinking: How would I describe how my heart looks? Am I on a path that serves me and brings me joy?"
